Administrative Assistant

Small CPA Firm in Midland Park, NJ is immediately seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide extra support during Tax Season. While temporary, this position is full time, Monday-Friday, and is set to start immediately. This position is in a fast-paced office with a heavy call volume.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Type correspondence using both Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Place follow-up calls to clients regarding tax information
  • Assist with client database
  • Enter tax information into an Excel spreadsheet
  • Clerical work which includes, scanning, filing, faxing, etc.
  • Schedule appointments
  • Handle confidential information

Job qualifications:

  • Must have prior data entry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, emphasis on Word & Excel
  • Prior Administrative Assistant experience a plus

Salary: $15.00 to $16.00/hr
