Restoration company in Saddle Brook, NJ is immediately seeking a Customer Service candidate to join their team. Seeking a high-energy candidate with prior customer service experience and a professional, positive and optimistic attitude. This position is full time, 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday (after hours and weekends as needed), and is temp to hire. If hired permanently, company offers excellent benefits.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Handle client and team communications, emphasis on phone communications
  • Respond to client and customer inquiries
  • Track and upload client documents
  • Manage reports
  • Provide general support to senior managers
  • Additional special projects assigned

Job qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented, with strengths in managing multiple tasks
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Knowledge of restoration and/or GC processes a plus
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Salary: $16-$17/hour
