Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator

Promotional products company located in Mahwah, NJ immediately seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator on their team. This position is full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, and is temp to perm.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Input orders into company database
  • Track and coordinate orders and shipments from China
  • Work closely with the Sales Team, Art Department, and current customers
  • Assist customers in ordering, follow-up, and receipt of project orders
  • Obtain quotes for custom orders
  • Negotiate pricing and secure final purchase order for vendors
  • Resolve purchase orders to invoice discrepancies
  • Follow up with/respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist marketing team in submitting artwork to vendors
  • Compile research
  • General office support

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must have a strong customer service background
  • Data entry experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Basic math skills required
  • Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail; high level of accuracy and follow through
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Salary: $16/hr
