Busy law firm in Hackensack, NJ is currently seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to join their team for approximately one month. While temporary, this position is part time, 10:00am-2:30pm, Tuesday-Friday, and is set to start immediately.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • General administrative support work
  • Answer phones; screen and transfer calls
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Type documents

Job qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and have good typing skills
  • Must be professional and have a clear phone demeanor
  • Must be available for the full length of the assignment
  • Prior office/administrative experience preferred

Salary: up to $15/hr
