Administrative Assistant/Customer Service & Sales Support

A Mobility Supply company located in Elmwood Park, NJ is seeking an energetic and experienced Administrative Assistant to support their office team. The position is customer service and sales focused supporting current and future clients.

The position is temporary to permanent; full time and the hours are 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday

Ideal candidate needs to have excellent phone skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.

Job Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Answer busy telephones regarding sales inquiries, service requests and general information.
  • Process invoices and enter payment into payment software
  • Receive and process small packages that are delivered to the office from UPS or FedEx
  • Provide internal sales support including outbound calls and customer updates
  • Assist clients and provide information to sell service contracts to those inquiring
  • Weekly and monthly insurance billing
  • Light office cleaning
  • Miscellaneous office duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

  • High School degree or equivalent; college degree Associates or Bachelors degree a Plus.
  • 2-3 years of Office Administrative experience including phone and customer service support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks and Accounting practices a plus
  • Candidate must be reliable and trustworthy

Candidate must have their own transportation and be able to commute to Elmwood Park, NJ.

Job Type: Full-time; Monday- Friday; 9am to 5pm          Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
