Customer Service/Order Entry

Accessories and repairs company in Mahwah, NJ is immediately seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position is full time, Monday-Friday, and is a long-term temporary position which is set to last for an indefinite length of time.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer all customer inquiries related to product sales and after sales service
  • Ensure excellent customer service to retailers and consumers in a heavy call center environment
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the service level requirements, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Data entry/process sales & parts orders into JDE/AS400 System
  • Assist customers with repair inquiries and parts orders
  • Look up orders, determine order status, check prices, and process returns

Job qualifications:

  • Must be focused and have great attention to detail – accuracy is critical
  • High volume order entry experience
  • Experience in high volume (70-90) calls per day preferred
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Salary: $16-18/hr based on experience
