A manufacturer located in Waldwick, NJ is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic Customer Service Representative to join their team for a temporary assignment (1-2 months) set to start immediately.

Salary: $16 – $17/HR

Position: Monday – Thursday day 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding purchase, order status and general customer inquiries.
• Placing orders into the computer system.
• Process customer orders through the business computer system.
• Update customer information in the company database as appropriate.
• Respond to customer requests shipment for tracking information.
• Answer any customer questions regarding products (product knowledge).
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job qualifications:

• Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Prior experience in Customer Service.
• Comfort with computers and general office software.
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to Multitask
