Design company in Fairfield, NJ is currently seeking a full time Customer Service/Sales Support candidate to join their team. We are searching for a customer-oriented team player who is committed to providing top notch service. In this role, the candidate will provide support to the Custom Service Department and the luxury interior design community. Company offers great benefits and welcoming company culture.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Coordinate samples and sample card shipments
  • Respond to inquiries from designers, architects, and installers in a timely manner
  • Track and manage logistics of shipments
  • Quote pricing, stock, and lead times
  • Process payments
  • Work with designers, showrooms and our outside sales force to provide excellent customer service
  • Offer support to Account Executives

Job qualifications:

  • Must have an upbeat, energetic, and can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong analytical, communication, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Proactive approach to problem soling
  • Excellent computer skills including data management and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, sales support, and/or retail
  • Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
