Office Assistant

Small real estate appraisal company in Mahwah, NJ is currently seeking an Office Assistant to join their team. This position is full time, 9:30am-5:30pm, and is temp to perm. Once the position becomes permanent, this company offers health insurance coverage and 401(k).

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Review appraisal reports
  • Ensure delivery of quality reports to clients
  • Manage administrative duties, such as handling phone calls, emails, and any additional company correspondence
  • Cross-train in various areas of the company

Job qualifications:

  • Prior office/admin experience required
  • Computer-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented
  • Qualified candidates must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Salary: up to $15/hr while temporary
