Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Manufacturing company in Ridgefield, NJ is currently seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their team. This position is temp to perm, and is set to start immediately. Company offers flexible scheduling, an upbeat working environment, and unlimited room for advancement.

Position will start out as part-time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 9AM – 5PM, and will build to a full-time position (Monday – Friday).

Salary: Up to $18/HR

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Handle emails and all company correspondence
  • Organize files, scan documents
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Responsible for managing office bookkeeping
  • Data entry
  • Schedule appointments
  • General administrative duties as required

Job qualifications:

  • Must have prior experience using QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Calendar
  • Prior administrative/office experience required
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
