Sales Coordinator

A Manufacturer and Supplier of laminate and specialized coating media solutions located in Wyckoff, New Jersey is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join their office team.
The position is Full time with hours from 8:30AM to 5:00PM and is a Direct Hire position.

Job Duties Include but not limited to:

• Assisting assigned Sales Representative and Management in developing new accounts.
• Qualify accounts and prepare price and delivery quotations. Send requested literature and samples to client.
• Provide effective communication with Sales Representatives and Management regarding incoming orders placed, orders with company vendors and price & delivery information. Ensure all orders are followed up with client and vendors
• Assume coordination of  company assigned major accounts
• Coordinate assigned orders, required labeling and bills of lading and packing memos as needed
• Obtain and coordinate freight rates and arrangements and ensure and maintain follow up, coordination and communication regarding open orders placed with DAF vendors/suppliers
• Issue all credits due after returns have been settled.
• Handle complaints and returned goods and ensure all returns are logged into company system.
• Implement the timely invoicing of all orders, calculate and post all Sales Representatives commissions.
• Ability to cover for other office employees when necessary.
• Coordinate specific company sales representative and key accounts

Qualifications and Experience:
• College degree required; any major
• 1-2 years of prior sales or sales coordinator experience a plus
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft office; Experience with Excel a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette as well as good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail Oriented
• Must be able to multi task in a busy office environment
• Must be able to work at a fast pace
• Must be open to learning business practices and products
• Ability to work with a team and as a sole contributor

Please note: There is a 90 (ninety) day probationary period for this position

Benefits upon Hire include: Employer paid health insurance after a 90 day waiting
period and ability to join the company 401K after one (1) of service. Vacation time
earned after one year is 2 weeks and you also earn 1 week of sick and or personal
time.

Salary: From $40,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday through Friday;
