Customer Service Representative

Electronic company in Upper Saddle River, NJ is immediately seeking a Staff Logistics Department/Customer Service Representative. This position is full time, 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, and is a long-term temporary position, which may lead to a permanent role.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Process orders on a daily basis
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails, daily interaction with customers and service centers
  • Process freight claims and assist with shipping discrepancies
  • Track shipments and invoice orders once delivered
  • Cancel discontinued back orders and order cancellations
  • Print daily invoices
  • Assist with other departments as needed

Job qualifications:

  • Knowledge of consumer electronics, products and parts terminology
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer savvy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Attendance and punctuality are critical
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Salary: up to $17/hr
